Where is your shop located?
We are located at Eunos Industrial Area and 8 minutes walk away from Eunos MRT Station.
We will advise location when a self collection order is placed to avoid overcrowding in our shop which may compromise our client’s experience.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver only to addresses within mainland Singapore (excluding Sentosa). For places where a delivery permit is required, please inform us beforehand.
How long will it takes before my order is processed?
Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 working days upon receiving payment.
How long will delivery take?
Door to door delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days unless otherwise stated.
How much are the delivery fees?
S$5 flat for domestic door to door delivery for orders below S$150 with total weight below 5 kg within mainland Singapore.
FREE delivery for orders above S$150 within mainland Singapore.
For international orders, please chat with us to clarify the shipping fee before placing order.
We will get in touch with you should a top up for delivery fee be necessary. This happens for orders above 5 kg and international orders.
