All photos in this website are provided by manufacturers and efforts were taken to ensure accurate representation of the products. However product’s actual color may vary slightly from the photo. Different batches of productions might also vary slightly in dimensions or color. All accessories are for photo taking purpose and are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment is via, bank transfer to Maybank Current Account 04181065647 or PayNow to UEN 53357444K. Orders will only be processed upon receiving payment.
Invoice
A PDF invoice will be sent to you after the confirmation of order. Should there be any error in the details, please inform us immediately via email (sales@myhomebeaver.com) or contact us at +65 8902 5601. We will contact you within 1-2 working days to confirm and arrange for delivery. Please retain the invoice for warranty purpose and as proof of purchase
Deliveries
We will deliver items within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated. Should there be any unforeseen circumstances to cause changes in delivery dates or time, kindly inform us at least 2 days before delivery to cater some reaction time for us. We will do our best to accommodate your requested time of delivery. MHB reserves the right to change the delivery date/time should there be any unforeseen circumstances. Our local delivery is limited to mainland Singapore and Sentosa.
Installation
Should there be any installation required (e.g. cabinet hinges), our team of professional handyman will gladly do the job for you at a fee. Speak with us to find out more on the charges. Home appliances will be delivered as is and no further assembly/installation will be provided
Damage Policy
Should there be any damage/defects of the product when delivered, please contact us via. email (sales@myhomebeaver.com) or call us at +65 8902 5601 immediately. We would arrange for an exchange for the items soonest possible. Do note that the above is valid within 7 days of purchase.
Return Policy
We accept returns for all full priced items within 7 days of purchase. Items should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition with it’s original packaging fully intact. MHB has the full discretion to decide whether the items are in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit.
